Due to the nature of our product (edible powder), we do not accept returns once the package is opened. However, if your product arrived:

• Damaged

• Wrong item delivered

• Leaking or tampered packaging

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures at care@theleafloom.in.

Eligibility for Replacement:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Include your order number and images

We’ll issue a replacement or full refund based on the situation. Your satisfaction is our priority.
